Novus has a long-term partnership with Trent & Dove Limited, with their stock profile centred around East Staffordshire, including Burton Upon Trent, Uttoxeter, and surrounding areas.

Works delivered for Trent & Dove include a wide range of external and internal workstreams, incorporating roofing, windows, doors, cyclical decorations, communal scheme upgrades, kitchens, and bathroom refurbishments. We also deliver small scale passive fire protection works, through our specialist Novus Assure department. Between April 2023-2024, this included 215 kitchens, 128 bathrooms, 199 roof replacements, 27 window replacements, 25 door replacements, external cyclical decorations to 822 properties, internal decorations to 27 communal blocks, and a range of fencing, paving, and building fabric repairs.

We have continued to prioritise customer satisfaction throughout the work and are currently achieving an average of 98% customer satisfaction. One customer said: “Really happy with the new kitchen. Can’t fault any of the workmen; they worked very well.” Another commented: “I can’t tell you how lovely the guys were including the whole team from the scaffolders, roofers, gas man, the lads that cleaned up. I would like to give a special mention to one of the roofing team and the gas man for being so understanding/patient and kind with the children.”

In line with Novus’ drive to leave a legacy in the communities in which we work, we have delivered a range of social value over the last five years. For example, we donated food, cleaning materials and toiletries to the Burton Soup Kitchen, a local centre which provides meals for local people.

“We cannot express how grateful we are for all the donations delivered by the Novus team today; we are overwhelmed by the level of support they have shown the centre.”

Gary Sheen, Head of the Soup Kitchen
